By using this website you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Barner Faith Foundation is a nonprofit that provides affordable housing programs for active elderly adults. Information on this site describes our mission, programs, eligibility guidelines, events, volunteer opportunities, and donation options, but is for general informational purposes only.

Program descriptions and availability are subject to change. Viewing listings or program information on this site does not guarantee placement or create any contractual rights. Final eligibility, placement, fees, and residency terms are determined through the Foundation’s formal application process and separate written housing agreements.

All applicants and residents must complete required applications and sign residency agreements (leases, licenses, or similar) that set out specific rights, rules, fees, and termination procedures. These Terms do not replace or modify any signed residency agreement.

The Foundation does not provide medical, nursing, or emergency services unless explicitly stated in a written program description. Residents are responsible for arranging their own medical care, insurance, and emergency plans.

Donations made through the site are final unless otherwise specified. We will provide receipts for tax-deductible gifts as required by law; consult your tax advisor about deductibility. The Foundation reserves the right to accept, refuse, or reallocate donations in line with donor intent, organizational needs, and legal requirements.

Volunteer participation may require background checks, training, or waivers. The Foundation may deny or revoke volunteer privileges for safety or compliance reasons.
